Experience: In my role as Marketing Coordinator at Wemert Group Realty, I focus on creating and executing marketing that supports our agents, strengthens our brand, and improves the overall client experience.
I work across email, social media, print, and web to build campaigns and resources that are clear, on-brand, and easy for agents to use. This includes co-branded materials, recruiting support, and day-to-day marketing that helps agents stay consistent and professional in how they show up.
A big part of my role is simplifying marketing. I create templates, systems, and workflows that make it easier for agents to take action, whether that’s creating content, staying in touch with their database, or following up with clients in a more consistent way.
I also support client experience through marketing by building touchpoint systems and coordinating team and client events that help strengthen relationships beyond the transaction.
Overall, my focus is on creating marketing that is practical and effective... something agents will actually use, and something that supports real business growth.
